How I can help
Working together
Sarah’s clients include CEOs and members of their extended teams. Sarah is results-oriented and trustworthy. Her work spans coaching, consulting, and fractional assignments on a variety of topics including change and transition, workplace culture, and organizational systems. She will listen, ask questions, make recommendations, execute solutions, and always follow through on her commitments. She will meet one-on-one, help manage difficult conversations between individuals, facilitate meetings, lead workshops, and present to groups. She believes that when we purposefully cultivate a mindset of courage, growth, confidence, interdependence, and connection our places of work become places we want to spend time and be our best selves.
Coaching
CEOs, Leaders, & Teams
Coaching is recommended when the client wants to strengthen their business performance, deepen their collaborations, and improve their relationships. The client identifies their own insights and solutions via dialogue, key actions, and follow-through. Mentor Coaching available for those seeking ICF re-certification.
Consulting
Organization development and human resources
Consulting is useful when the client has a challenge that needs to be solved. These challenges can include subjects such as transitions, workplace culture, leadership, talent, and organizational structure. Other topics include the full life-cycle of the employee from hire to retire.
Fractional
Human Resources Leader
Sometimes a human resources leader in an organization leaves – temporarily or permanently – and a short-term backfill is needed until a new leader is identified. In such cases, businesses can leverage Sarah’s 20+ years of human resources leadership experience to bridge the gap in a thoughtful and efficient way.
